Interior remodeling costs vary widely depending on scope and materials. Full home remodels with high-end finishes typically start around $300,000. Reach out to us, and we’ll walk you through an honest estimate for your specific project.
For full-scale remodels, most of our clients choose to move out during construction as it speeds up the work and keeps it cleaner. For single-room projects like a kitchen or bathroom, you can typically stay in the home. We’ll talk through the right approach during your initial consultation.
Minor adjustments are possible early in the build phase, but larger changes can affect timelines and costs. We build in a dedicated refinement period before construction begins, specifically so you can feel confident in every decision.
You receive floor plans, cabinet drawings, renderings, elevations, and curated selection recommendations for every interior space. Each element is chosen to work together as a cohesive whole.
A full home remodel with HG & Co typically takes 6 to 7 months. Kitchens and bathrooms are faster, often completed in four to eight weeks, depending on selections and scope. We’ll give you a realistic timeline at the start and keep you informed throughout.
It starts with a qualification call, then an in-person visit to our Design Center. We build your floor plan live on screen, generate 3D renderings on the spot, and handle every material selection. Everything is designed to your budget before construction begins.
We use JobTread to send you schedules, progress updates, and project photos throughout the build. You’re never left guessing about where things stand. If you have a question at any point, reach out, and we’ll get back to you promptly.

The HG & Co. Boutique Design Center is our private design space located at 9019 Garland Road, Dallas, TX. It was created to give homeowners a more elevated and personalized remodeling experience. Instead of feeling like a typical showroom, we designed this space around collaboration, where clients can review plans, explore materials, discuss budgets, and refine ideas with guidance from our team.

I loved working with HG&Co – they did a great job listening on our budget and design ideas for our kitchen reno and master bathroom expansion!

The execution was well-done – the quality of the work was great, and responsiveness from our project manager Nathan was amazing.

When unexpected issues came up (as they always do with an older, 50s house) – HG quickly communicated options and helped us think through solutions that made sense and weren’t crazy expensive.

At the end of the day, they’re neighbors and I trust them to make things right – which is so valuable for reno and took a lot of stress out of the process!

Working with Herman and Marzella made the insanity of a home renovation so much easier. Marzella and her team are so communicative and make project management more approachable with their app.[…] 

We did a full kitchen & family room reno with some additional work in our bedroom. The custom cabinetry is beautiful, all of the design choices are classic but still unique, and everything looks stunning (see pics although the color isn’t translating as well).
