Do you handle both the design and the construction?

Yes, we’re an all-inclusive design-build company. At our Design Center, you’ll select finishes, review floor plans, and see your project come together before we build. With everything under one roof, the whole experience is smoother and more enjoyable.

Do you build ADUs or guest suites?

Yes, it’s one of the areas we specialize in. We’ve built ADUs, granny flats, and primary suites above garages. If you’re considering adding a livable space for a parent or adult child, we’d love to talk through your options.

What's included in my exterior design package?

Your package covers floor plans, elevations, renderings, and selection recommendations for every element. You see exactly how your home will look before anything gets built.

How much does an exterior project or outdoor living space cost?

Given the extensive range of exterior projects we take on, the price can vary a lot dependong on scope, design, size, and specifics of your project. Upon our consultation, you will have an exact number for your investment.

How long does an exterior project or home addition take?

Timelines vary depending on scope. A major addition can take 6 to 7 months, while an outdoor living build may take less depending on your choices. We map out a clear schedule from the beginning, and you receive daily updates throughout.

How do you keep me updated during the project?

We use JobTread to give you real-time access to schedules, updates, and project milestones. You’ll always know where things stand without having to track anyone down. Staying connected with every client is at the heart of our entire process.

Do you have a showroom for exterior remodeling projects?

Yes. HG & Co.’s Boutique Design Center at 9019 Garland Road, Dallas, TX is also where we meet with homeowners planning exterior renovations and additions. For exterior projects, the space is used for design consultations, material and color selections, layout discussions, and reviewing inspiration and renderings together with our team.

During your visit, we can walk through siding, stone, brick, paint palettes, roofing styles, windows, doors, lighting, and other exterior details while discussing how everything works together with the architecture of your home. It’s also where we review budgets, timelines, and the overall vision for the project so you leave with a much clearer direction before construction begins.
