Every project is backed by a one-year workmanship warranty. All installed products carry their manufacturer warranties, which are documented and handed over to you at project close.

Yes. HG & Co handles permits start to finish, from filing documentation through inspection sign-off. That process runs in the background while your project moves forward.

Yes. If the existing layout is the problem, the team redesigns it from scratch. That includes moving walls, relocating plumbing, and reconfiguring the entire flow of the room. The in-house designer develops custom floor plans and 3D renderings so you can see exactly what you are getting before a single wall comes down.
You receive cabinet drawings, floor plans, renderings, elevations, and selection recommendations for your full kitchen project. Seeing your kitchen rendered before work begins makes every decision clearer and easier.

Working with Herman and Marzella made the insanity of a home renovation so much easier. Marzella and her team are so communicative and make project management more approachable with their app. It was easy to find our conversations, invoices, reference change orders (which we threw at them constantly)!

We did a full kitchen & family room reno with some additional work in our bedroom. The custom cabinetry is beautiful, all of the design choices are classic but still unique, and everything looks stunning (see pics although the color isn’t translating as well).
