The process starts with a design agreement. From there, HG & Co’s in-house designer works with you on layouts, renderings, and material selections, often on the same day as your first full design meeting.
Chief Architect and Polycam software are used to generate accurate floor plans and 3D visualizations. Once the design locks in, the team builds a budget around it and moves toward construction.
